He has structured and closed hundreds of residential, commercial and private money mortgages over his 15-year span as a mortgage broker and banker. He and his team consistently coordinate both simple and complex financing deals for every type of client, from first-time homebuyers to commercial real estate investors and real estate developers seeking equity and debt for their next construction project.
Paul has a comprehensive understanding of the real estate finance business as well as the ability to negotiate the best possible terms for financing deals on behalf of his clients. He brings an easy and warm communication style to the business coupled with tremendous experience at closing deals, turning leads into solid qualified buyers and borrowers. Paul uses his 25 years of sales knowledge and experience in helping his team and clients succeed in achieving their goals.
Paul holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas including postgraduate law courses. He lives in Santa Clarita and enjoys daily walks with his dogs and spending time with family and friends.
